i) The IT strategy matches the business strategy for the firm
ii) The major issues/requirements being raised by the partnership are being addressed or reviewed and with a timeframe.
iii) There is clear communication between the partnership and IT
iv) The partnership is aware of the opportunities offered by current IT in the delivery of business objectives.
v) Consideration of additional IT that can further support e-commerce and client relationships and initiatives.
Day 1 (am):
Review the firm’s business strategy and business plan with Managing Partner or CEO and Head of IT
Day 1 (pm):
Review the IT strategy and business plan with the head of IT and confirm how it meets the strategic and operational needs of the firm.
Day 2 & Day 3:
Meet with department heads and at client partners (in situ and confirm their perspective and needs from IT).
Day 4:
Review IT strategy, plans and projects in light of the above with Managing Partner/CEO and Head of IT
Day 5:
Write up paper and present to partnership with Managing Partner/CEO and Head of IT
