PCC offers a preliminary confidential analysis and review service covering IT and business strategy for a nominal fee of a half day consultancy and half day write up with recommendations for the next stage. The next stage will encompass clear direction into alternatives that the firm may consider – another look at the business plan and strategy, reviewing internal processes and procedures, reviewing key job roles, potential recruitment, prioritisation of IT activity, interfacing with the current IT supplier to enhance delivery and consideration of alternate systems.
